AI processing requires your permission. Conversation storage is a separate choice, so consent is never hidden inside a single switch.
- To reply, your messages and chosen response settings travel through Lothis’s secure backend to the OpenAI API. Your account name is not included.
- OpenAI does not use API data to train its models unless Lothis explicitly opts in.
- Abuse-monitoring logs are kept for up to 30 days by default. They may be kept longer where legally required or necessary to prevent harm.
